Country Christmas

We stayed in Pleasant Hill at my aunt Janice's house, which is one house down from my Grandma's. Janice's house is fun because she has a cow, lots of toys for Michael (and all the other kids) to play with and at Christmas time she had about 6 of those Hallmark music playing plush figurines- that all the kids love too.

Our twelve days of Christmas in P Hill...
1.We rode a rocking horse,
2. talked to "Junebug" the cow (that was born on Aunt Janice's birthday in June),
3. played with the neighbors puppies,
4. Stanley went to the ER... ear infection, thank goodness he got some meds and can now start to feel better, poor little thing!
5. played on my grandpa's tractor (which was in the barn that I have been forbidden to go into since I can remember, I was nervous the whole time that it would finally collapse with us inside, but it didn't),
6. went caroling with Janice, my mom, Michael, Josh, Kelly and Jeff (new tradition)
7. tried to go in the pig pen barn,
8. pumped an old well
9.threw rocks off of the bridge down the road
10. played with Daisy and Gemma in the field
11. met and fell in love with Patsy (Janice and Keith's dog)
12 lost our camera about 12 times;0

On Christmas morning Josh, Michael and I went to church at the Harrisonville Ward, and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas scripture and song sacrament meeting. That afternoon, me and 48 of my closest relatives enjoyed Christmas lunch/ dinner at Janice's, it was nice enough for the kids to play outside (which they all happily did- Michael too) and everyone had alot of fun! All in all it was a fabulous Christmas.
