Fall Free for All

Today I raked up some leaves in our back yard. This is a fun time of year for me. I love the smells and sounds and colors of fall. I love the crunch of the leaves and the sound of my son laughing as he runs through them. I love the playful dance of Gemma and Michael as they play together in our yard. I adore the colors- brown, green, red, orange, gold and yellow. I even love the smell of my neighbors burning leaves (even though you aren't supposed to do that). The laughs and play of the school children walking home past my house is such a wonderful sound, it makes me think of simpler times- mine and the worlds.
