Michael's First Cards Game!

Last Wednesday, the 24th, Michael turned 15 months old. Josh purchased $10 tickets for the game at school- so we decided to celebrate;)

When we arrived at Busch Stadium, we just happened to run into Fred Bird, who motioned for us to let him hold Michael. So, like any fabulous parent... we handed our child over to a stranger in a bird suit. This is the resulting picture...

Michael... visibly confused
Fred Bird... we don't know, he has that expression alot
Parents... bent over, we're laughing so hard:)

The Cards played the Dodgers. It was HOT. We spent $25 on a (not so flattering of me and Josh) family portrait at one of those little stations. We spent $25 on food and water. It was 110 degrees. Our seats were in the sun. The Dodgers were up by 5 points when we left- which was during the 4th inning.
We ended up losing.
However, we DID have fun, Michael loved it and we played in the Family Pavilion.

Day= Successful

After we got home, which was around 4, we played...

with Michael's greasy- sunscreen hair

Happiness was had by all

Good Night;)
